I can't even start the game

The game says I am not able to launch the application, and i really want to play it. It only says error everytime and it doesn't tell me why, at "details" it only throws a bunch of letters numbers and characters at me.. WHAT DO I DO???

Post the letters, numbers and characters, perhaps.
