Title says it: are they supposed to be Q0? I don't think we ever got a clear answer on this in the past, adn with all the updates, figured it'd be a good time to ask again.
At least, this is the only reason I can figure out why my Seer's Bones are coming out at q5/6/6. Bones were between 10/10/10 and 10/16/16. PSY of 10 and Surv of 16
