Never got my Playtime Refilled

I never got my play time refilled to 7 hrs even though Monday has passed already. I tried logging in and the issue persists. Give me my time back pls.

I've had a million threads like this, and none of them have checked out.

Common mistakes

• Had more than cap amount of hours (7/14) already. Did not get any.
• Got them, played through them.

I suspect you are one of those, but I'll page loftar to have a look just in case.
