The Claims not working

Noticed today that you can walk and interact on peoples claims (anybodys iv been to) and also walk over there hearth fires
Think this is kind of a major bug not just me but the people i play with can do this.
tested it on strangers claims and fires also.

Hearth fires are intentionally traversable (not claims though).
i guess they never miss huh
