Stat Debuff from Stinging Poultice Remains

I noticed that my -str from my stinging poultices remained after the wounds were gone.
This seems to only be the case when you already have something with +str as a buff (in my case, a bear cape).
The game seems to think that you don't need to regain the stats since the buff already has it there.
Removing the bear cape and replacing it resolved the issue.

If anything that bug is a lack of update. Relog, or reset and item, did indeed fix it.
