Weird graphical bug

I get this bug whenever I leave a house, after being in it for a certain period of time.
I get this bug when I enter a house as well, when ive been outside too long, any idea what is causing it?

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

I've gotten it before too. Not sure what causes it, it's happened in the forest as well. I just log off/log on and it fixes it usually. I know Jorb and Loftar are aware of it though.
