The bug is the fact that the boar was passive and still used more attacks when I walked up to it... I knew back then the bears could do that never had it happen with a boar though

Why did the boar go passive? It couldn't pathfind to you?

Nope Shot it from across the river. When I saw the olive branch I thought I was safe so I intended to save arrows and would punch it (since it was trapped).... He then proceeded to hit me even though I waited before doing so

Aspects of the interaction sound a bit suboptimal, perhaps, so I'll look at it, though I dare say you had it coming. I would honestly not at all mind if the animal could be a bit devilish by showing the olive branch and then changing its mind when you approached it.

I was chasing a boar this morning and got hit for 22 damage. Didn't see tusk romp up either, and it broke my green/blue blocks

I thought maybe I made a mistake at the time, I was using haymakers but my punchs do land for 22. But if someone else is reporting it I guess I'll toss that in.

Well I always am skeptical with the animals seeing how they would do that back then... not complaining just reporting it... also to any on reading this the boars sometimes double tap their attack so be careful
