Hemp Fiber

I noticed today after I harvested a bunch of hemp fibers that you cant use the hemp fibers to make cloth.
But they will fill in for anything else that flax fibers require.

You know jorb those banners won't build themselves can't claim the world without them... also in completely unrelated stuff no cow chorizo from auroch meat?

Side effect from the clearer distinction between cow and aurochs. Will fix at some point.

As this guy says, a lot of the recipes specify flax fibre but will accept either. Should really be changed for clarity's sake.
