Party Member Appears on Map; not Actual Loaction

I get a colored cross on my minimap implying the person in my party is there, but then they aren't. This happened to me twice in a row with different people. I have to leave, and re join the party in order to force the arrows and map to update.
Here is a pic of me as the blue member of my party, right on top of the red cross where the red member of my party should be.

I know the pic is shitty, but just trust me that they are nowhere to be found.

Yes this still happens. It happened under Legacy Haven as well. Usually it means someone is inside or underground but the system has not updated the arrow to go away.
