Unable to launch application - unable to load resource

Hi,

Trying to launch autohaven.jnlp using the newest version of Java, a window pops up saying the game is downloading, gets probably 85%-90% the way done, then an error screen pops up telling me that it is unable to launch the application.

It appears that your download got corrupted. Java Web Start seems to do that from time to time for inexplicable reasons. Try clearing your Java cache and download the client again.

Would bad internet be a probable cause? My apartment's internet right now is terrible.
