have 1 yr bronze cant login

cant login because now time left, but bought a year of bronze, been playing on that for a while now too, wont let me get on char. :(

Out of Gametime - Subscribed until 09/28/15

My account is presently showing me as being out of gametime, however, I purchased a subscription and the account shows that it is current until 09/28/15. Could this be looked into?
