Taming Bug

I tethered a Mouflon to a hitching post and it has begun to sway like it was dizzy. So I aggro it and make it go peaceful and then I de-aggro it. However, nothing happens after this, It still sways, and my only option with the rope is to tether it again. It's still just a dizzy Mouflon even if I tether it again.

Did you see taming points? There are several fighting iterations, not just one.

You have to fight it several times. Did you see the yellow tame score float over its head when you tied it back up to the post?

Yeah it happened twice, but I can just keep fighting it, so could I potentially tame it in one sitting if it doesn't stop shaking?
