As far as I remember we could use pork instead of boar meat and now it's impossible?
Is that intended? are we going to get some new sausage recipes consisting pork?

It's intended. wild meat is different from the domesticated animals.

Some sausages have taken a bit of a hit from that. I'm going to restore them to how they used to work with some crossover categories, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
