UI Horror

No matter what Client I use, Normal Haven Client, or a custom one i get this weird glitch.
The UI will basically disappear to the game, I can still see it but if i try to interact with anything such as my inventory, or bag and so forth I cant. It's like it's not there and my character just walks in the direction the UI is at.

Has anyone else had this error, its a horror constantly having to relog.
