I'm missing around 40 HHP but I only have 17 recorded on my damage list.

Is this a bug or is this a thing?

If your log out and in again that might clear up.

I also sew this. Log out helped. But any fix for that?

Easily fixable visual bugs are hardly what we want our devs to prioritize.. ;)
