Remake the party, don't be riding horses or having your target go inside a house.

I was not riding a horse and did not take either char into a house or cave. I was just steadly walking. I've played HnH since w5 and party arrows were never like this

If no one was entering a house and horses weren't involved I can't replicate what you're describing. Party arrows work same way for me as they did in W5 and W7.

Sorry mate, but the bug isn't universal it seems.

Entering a house is fine, the arrow will reappear once you leave the house. The ghost waypoint occurs if the person you are heading towards, stands still for a set amount of time. Simply moving the stationary character will sort it.

That didn't work for me on my long trip btw. Still needed to occasionally remake the party.

The arrow sometimes bugs out. In every other world i didn't trust party arrows and just clicked on peoples party portrait to walk towards them but sadly that's no longer an option. I just have the person im following walk into a house then out of a house if it seems the arrow bugged or reform the party.
