Finding Itsy Bitsy's Web in River Pearl Mussels

As of today i'm finding Itsy Bitsy's Webs when picking River Pearl Mussels.
Must have picked around a hundred Mussels today and found 2 or 3 webs.

I've picked maybe 200 total in the days before and found none.

This has always been a thing. Any time you gather a forageable you have a chance to find the itsy bitsy spider web and the itsy bitsy spider.
