Can't level land on the edge my claim

I'm working on leveling a new section inside my claim (on my claim) and when i start i get a msg that says "that land is owned by someone".

I think some anti griefing code is kicking in that shouldn't be. This is on the edge of my claim, no other claims around.

Will investigate. Is this consistent for everyone and everywhere and easily reproducible?

I just tried it away from the edge, got the same msg. I have another claim, i'll try it there as well.

tried it on my other claim, same issue.

i'm havint his issue too, cant dig on my own claim using new surveys even in the middle, on both alt with rigths and the claim holder

update: tried making a new alt on my primary account, it too can not level the ground at any of my claims.

edit: also i don't think my main has gained xp since this started.

Yes, all my alts have the same permissions. My old alt used to be able to level land, and like my main, is now unable to do so.
