hhp not correct with relation to health and wounds

my health bar reads 112/112/151
in my health and wounds tab I have deep cuts 2, 3, 4 and 7, unfaced 4

so my health bar is suppose to be 131/131/151.

please assist?

Relog fixes it. Only a minor update problem.
