Male silkmoth in Study Report

Not sure what happened, but seems like i placed сhrysalis curiosity in study report and after some time (few hours, but feels less than 10) it became male silkmoth. Not sure if i got any lp.

i think you have to kill it before studying or else it turns into a moth just like a cocoon would.
not sure because i havent got one yet, that's just what i heard on the forums.

Fitting to have it in bugs, indeed.

Yeah, you placed a chrysalis there and it hatched. You can kill it before studying if you want to avoid that. Kind of as intended.
