Itsy Bitsy Spider from dead rabbit

As far as i know, Itsy Bitsy spider\webs are curios that can be obtained by harvesting\foraging.
Just now i saw a fox killing a rabbit(pretty usual). I got Itsy Bitsy Spider on picking up dead rabbit.
Is it intended mechanic, or non-PK'ed animals count as forageables?

Are you absolutely sure? Will look at it.

Are you sure you didn't forage something then pick up a rabbit before opening your inventory and being surprised?

Also not sure if it`s relevant, but i got 2 webs less than hour ago from picking river pearl mussels.

River mussels are a part of foraging, though, where rabbits are hunting. Obviously is makes no sense to get a spider web from foraging in a river, but there's a thread for it already.

Sure about that?

This seems highly unlikely. Mistaken report suspected. Writing off.
