15$ for nothing (it's about play time)

Sorry for bad ebglish - i am drunk and russian. Mostly russian than drunk.*

So, i've bought a verified account with 48° of playing with the 14° added weekly. A week ago (about saturday 21.09.2015).

Well...
14° were not added to my account, nor last monday neither this monday.
And 48° is ran out quite fast. In one week, actually. And I've been playing around 2° per day.

So, tell me, please, is there any way to see my game session logs?
Is there a possibility for your mistake, because, I do not remember playing 48°.
I wish...

I am definitely unhappy with this.
Please, explain to me how this time thingy works!
Is there a mistake in my case?

And why the Server appears to being crashed thrice a day...

It does not add 14 hours. It refills up to 14 hours. Not a bug.

Ok. I suppose i am not make myself clear due to my bad english. Sorry for that.


So, here is a questions I tried to get answer to:

1) Is there any way to see my game session logs?
Is there any way FOR YOU to see it?
I am absolutely sure that i'm not have been playing for 48 hours last week.

2) I understand, that 14 hours of Play TIme is refilling, not added.
But, when EXACTLY those 14 hours is added once a week?
Sunday? Monday? 00:00? 24:00? UTC+4? UTC-4?
It's Tuesday here, in Moscow, but I haven't got my Play Time yet, neither i've got it last week (I've paid You just because i wanted to play RIGHT NOW ).

Please note, to begin with, that your playtime is not actually refilled until you log in and choose to play a character. That's the reason why you still have had no time refilled this week.

If you, in spite of that, still want the logs, I can extract those related to your account and PM them to you.

I apologise. I was wrong.

Verified Account is not 48 hours, it's 24 (and logs is correct for a single second).
I feel very stupid right now.
I am sorry that I doubted you, guys.
