Survey didnt work on own claim

After active thievery and vandalism on my claim, i cant make survey under my own claim.

I can dig and shift+rmb soil, i can harvest, lift up, build and any kind of actions on my claim.

i even tried to expand my claim, and even after that nothing helped.

But i cant dang survey, Carl! Image

Sadly i declaimed my claim and move on to the galaxy far far away!

Maybe it is something related to scents being dropped on claim territory, but yet it is unknown.

I cant even imagine how survey actually work, and how it is different from dig and shift+rmb soil.
Seems like unserviced case or switch or whatever in java it is.
