Freezes and unable to connect

After the latest update I started to have issues with client. Both Amber and default client having trouble to connect to the game. When they do - they would randomly freeze and disconnect me again. While collecting grapes and making grape juice (first time) I also encountered ? instead of the item in the inventory/press with tooltip stating just triple dots. I also dropped bucked on the ground with juice (needed to free my hand slot) and it dissipated. I would guess it also failed to load data? All those encounters leaded to issue afterwards. Previously, just after update and server being restored after the crush - I got same kind of freeze while fighting a bat.

That doubtfully my connection, since I able to watch streams and browse everything just fine while attempting to reconnect.

I have LAN connection, using win8.1, Java8 update 40 (build 1.8.0_40-b26).

When you say "freeze", do you mean a hard freeze, or just one where the client stops receiving updates from the server?

I actually encountered both. Once I could press buttons and move camera, but nothing happened otherwise (my icon was a sword and didn't change and in case of the bat - it continued to attack me, but it looked like it would update once per 5 or so seconds), but the rest of the freezes were hard freezes, where game would stop reacting to anything, but a close button on top of the window.

We actually use same router and internet, and I have same problem with connectivity too. Just been perfect just before patch and now I cannot connect even to login.
Do you need any tracert's or smth?

Hey, just an update on status. Seems to be working fine so far for both of us. I saw update for Amber and I don't know if that was the case for our bug or some connectivity issue after all, but hopefully everything will be stable now

I'm guessing you just had some temporary Internet connection instability.

Note that it doesn't necessarily have to be your connection itself that is problematic, however; it could just as well be some router between you and the server, in which case it would indeed not affect other sites.

Yes, could be. I also noticed at that time that i had slight delay on those forums too. So it indeed could be something temporary.
