Can't enter Valhalla

I have a dead character (PELMESHK0 3rd) that meets the requirements, but I don't see the rainbow. I tried doing this on a friend's account and it worked there. The character didn't have any heirs before the patch, and I created an heir after the patch thinking that it would fix the problem. Nope.

Ah, hm, yes, there probably is a bug in detected the most recently deceased characters. I've added this one for you manually, for now.
