Animal Corpses Disappearing

I forgot I left a fox in my cart for about a day and when I pulled it out of the cart it appeared above my head for about .5sec before disappearing. The exact same thing happened to a boar I had left in my boat.

They actually do receive decay ticks while in vehicles, so yea - it just rotten down.
