when i was on a horse and pulling the cart it was going crawl speed and on the horse I was sprinting.

Aware. Horses have some wonky behaviors at the moment.

actually, the behavior is on the cart I think... the cart just don't follow the speed of the character when mounted on a horse like it would do when on foot. It's like the cart don't receive the speed change info. If you have a clear linear path, you can go maps away of distance from the cart using a horse, and eventually the cart will move itself alone to reach you at crawling speed!
