Mineholes have issues with no free space at exit

I believe I can fly.
(Can go back down, can slowly clip my way to a stockpile and escape.)

Same problem if there's no available space at the bottom of a ladder

Why looking at it. Could you make it so you always exit the minehole(while going up) at the tile with rope ladder?

This is actually a nice feature. It's stupid that anyone could block a minehole just by placing few baskets.

Being placed at the center of the entrance/exit objects is a nice thing, indeed. It means you can always exit through them. This is working as intended.
