Traveler's sack had disappeared after knock.

Traveler's sack had disappeared after knock out from the bat.
I believe that it is a bug.
Perhaps sack is perceived as armor and destroyed on impact?
It does not fell to the ground or put in my inventory (invisible slot, a known bug).

Sounds strange, but I have very little to go on, unfortunately. I have never had this happen, and have no immediate steps to reproduce it.

Go into god mode, give yourself two tsacks and equip them, give yourself 50M SHP/HHP, spawn a dozend bats and piss them off - then just wait. In case the tsacks are seen as armor for some reasons the amount of hits you'll get should trigger it.

Well, that's obviously not going to reproduce it, though.

What the hell are you talking about? No, they're not, but they also don't in any trivially reproducable way.

Were you on a swamp? I wasn't paying much attention once and ended up knocked out when I entered one with just 1 hp. I lost a fox hat when the leech pushed it off and I didn't notice.
