Liftables at cliff

I noticed it was no longer possible to place objects at cliffs, it now gives the message "You cannot place that there.", which seems to work as intended.
If you however log out while lifting something right next to the cliff it disappears. I'm glad I tested this with nothing important...

What also might be a bug, or possibly a "feature" is the possibility to still lift objects over cliff edges.


Edit: The "You cannot place that there." message is only received when placing animal corpses near the edge. It's also only animal corpses that disappear. Proof.

The lifting thing is not a bug I'm in a huge hurry to fix, I guess, but we'll look at it. Will also look at the disappearing thing.

In my experience it dosn't disappear but gets placed on the top side, or into the wall of the cliff, from where you can pick it up.

I have done some more testing (my poor animals) and noticed you can still put regular objects on the edge of a cliff, it's only animals which you cannot. I assume this is intended but I don't see why? When you log out however while holding an animal next to a cliff, it disappears.
Proof.
