Hello there,

Like 2-3 min ago the server went offline or had lag for like 2-3 min, during that time I was fighting a badger and whats worst here, the gameplay itself didn't stop...
After I've logged up when your server went online again, I almost lost whole set and I had 1/4 of soft hp... Jorb please contact me :((

Likely a local connection issue. Sucks, but it happens.

Not really, why you do not trust what others says... ? It was something wrong with your server mate, belive me... If you want, I can upload a video because I was recording it my journey... You can see me loading my Polish sites, I was able to load twirtch.tv and other sites with like 1 sec refreshing, couldn't connect to your server brah.

It's not about believing or not believing. It's about not being able to verify. There's no way of finding out what happened. We experienced no problems on our end, other users were clearly unaffected, &c&c.

Well, we will be able to verify because I was recording my journey on hunting for like 2h... But let ask ourselves, if I wouldn't recored it... You guys just would pass it by "Oh dude, it was your local connection, we are soory.. Nothing we can do about it - Goodbye", thats not the way you should think about this... It was something wrong with your server and your site because both were off for me and a friend of mine, we literally couldn't do anything and both of our internets were working fine, we could load other sites etc.

Again, I don't dispute your side of the story, it's just that it doesn't mean much.

Connectivity issues will happen from time to time.

Really? How you can say it doesn't mean much? It was kinda a lot of my work to be done into that set, and you say it doesn't mean much... I've lost it not by my fault, not by my connection provider because my internet was fine, only by something on your server and you just say that it doesn't matter? I've invested hours of hunting, collecting, crafting... and I lost it all because of a problem on your (devs) side
