Dried fur stays at 100%

This is the second time this happens, refilling the tanning tub seems to repair it, even though the tanning tub shows it has some tanning fluid in it.

The tanning tub is only active beyond a certain amount of fluid, indicated by the water layer. If it drops below that it stops tanning.
