Discovered nettles 2 times

So as the title says, i was collecting string and when i collected a stinging nettle it gave me the 50 LP and supposedly "unlocked" red shred. Ive already discovered Stinging Nettles but not gotten one since red shred came out. Bug or suppose to happen? :D

Supposed to happen. It now counts as the salad part of red shred salad and so gives you a new discovery.

You discovered Salad Greens. Stinging nettle can be used as salad, which you hadn't discovered before.
