In play store it says that every week will have 7 hours of play. I already waiting for 2 weeks but I have still not started my 7 hours. :|

What? I don't understand your problem?

If you have seven hours, why don't you just play?

The weekly hours are added once you log in to the game.

No. It's simply added when you log in.

It refills up to a maximum of 7 hours with a free account and 14 with a verified account if you are under that many respective hours when refill is supposed to happen. It doesn't accumulate, it resets if too low.
