Leeches do not convert wounds

It is clearly on the description that they cure both bruises and swollen bumps.

After using about 8 10ql leeches and the bump not converting, I used a higher quality one instead (46ql) and it did not change either.

Also they heal by themselves right, but leech burns heal faster?

I'm not sure leech burns heal any faster, but if you have multiple wounds healing instead of just one, you recover your total HHP faster.

Yes they did .
I belive that if you have a wound that can be convertet the burn takes this wound instead of creating a new one

There's a chance to convert every time the nibble at you, and the k0d3z certainly checks for Swollen Bump. Suspect you were touched by RNGesus.

I suggest going into a swamp naked with full Energy and just let the buggers go to town.
