This. Willing to bet it's an early Intel integrated GPU. Please post hardware information to verify.

Currently Haven requires full support for OpenGL v2.0 or newer. Several early Intel GPUs that claim to support OGL v2 have issues with specific areas depending on model and driver version.

I use ATI Mobility Radeon x1300 which supports OpenGL 2.0 *https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Mobility_Radeon_X1xxx_Series*

Any requirements should I met first before I can run this game?

In case you have the original driver that shipped with your notebook: Try a current driver.
