Character Reset..

I was playing with both my chars Nerm(main) Bachus(farmer), switching not so regularly but Nerm just had to move ores and then come back to farmer and collect beetroots which had just harvested, but once i though i had to log out fast because of little account time i did so. Continued with alt for other work to collect beetroots but though i want to log in (apparently 1 root was left) and then when i opened my account only my main was there but there was no Bachus(farmer) so i clicked on Nerm.. a starter, well thanks nice feature, thats what i payed for last month subscription so i can lose it in a log out... not in game. Would you help me out, ill be grateful, very very grateful. its was around 9:10 utc+2

its not that, ive heard someone say if u leave an item in your hand and log out it resets and spawns you randomly, im not sure but i think that happened, i cannot die inside my palisade lose my farmer and reset my main which spawned randomly with some stuff in his backpack like boughts

Click New Character from the main screen, go to the creation room and go through the fence at the end, is there a rune stone? and does it read your character?
