When stockpile is loaded on wheelbarrow, it can be lifted.
Thats seems to be okay because it allows me to move stockpiles to buildings caves etc.
But you can load for example six full loaded wheelbarrows on cart to rais capacity of transported item.
I have bad feeling about this and I think that they should be like cupboards, able to be lifted but not loaded on cart.
I wouldnt steal a car, But i'd download one if i could.
