Can't plant Flax or Hemp

I have a set of flax and hemp seeds, but I'm unable to plant them. I can plant other seeds on the same types of soil, but the flax and hemp I have can't be planted. This wasn't the case a few days ago, so I'm curious what's going on with the seeds.

No, there's only 4...Sorry about that, didn't realize that when I was looking at it. ^^;
