Not just the self hit which was reported in the announcement thread, but it doesnt even hit 4 targets and it doesnt even do full damage. It has the same description as chop and sting ("According to weapon') but has modifier from 50% up to 125%, so one of the hits should be 600+. The 500 hits in the video were sting and chop for comparison.

the important question is whether it kills someone if you are sparring :D

Storm of sword attacking ourself.

Just learnt new skill and discovered Storm of sword attack also the user of the skill if not enough opponent.

Intended? I hope not.

Definitely doesn't do full damage
I believe it takes 4 IP per hit to hit up to 4 targets, so you actually need 16 to hit 4 targets.
