7 weekly hours haven't refilled

I'm not quite sure if this is a problem or I'm just misinformed, as the store page isn't that clear as to when and how one recieves additional time, but I have a free account and I have played for more than a week and I still haven't recieved additional play time (should be 7 hours weekly according to the store page). Help

Every Monday 12:00 it is refilled. Anytime after that simply log-in and begin playing to get the game time. I know, i was terribly confused at first too.

You should really make it update without logging in. Or add somekind of notification to log on. Threads like these are being made frequently.

It is true. Your time is refilled to 7 hours if it is less than 7 hours. It could be said in some more clear way I think.

Why does it need explained? That's the very definition of "refill." I don't think it can be worded any better than that.

Well I thought the refill was additional to the first 48 hours of play time (as in 48 hours that refill of 7/week, up to a max of 48), not alternative (48 hours and then 7/week, up to a max of 7). The store page lists the initial free time and the weekly on the same level, not one subordinate to the other.
