Beehives producing q10 Wax and honey

Postby Deswagcration » Thu Jan 28, 2016 2:41 pm

There appears to be a bug with the wax and honey coming from beehives. After harvesting a quite a couple of them, suddenly they started producing q10 wax and honey. I have had this happen 2 times on different chars now, once with wax and once with honey. It seems to be triggered by harvesting several in quick succession, but i have not been able to reproduce it after these 2 events.

This is generally made when the beehive ticks from Barley(Wheat), it seems to be bugged or something, Barley(wheat) fields can only produce q10, that will most likely be the cause of your problem.

it's not a bug, it's just that they aren't affected at all by barley. beehives slowly tick by themselves (even without crops), and base wax is q10.

This sounds plausible, especially in the case of the aforementioned wax.

However, when the honey that got affected by this is nowhere near barley. Maybe its due to the fact that they havent been harvested in a while?

beehive product qualities seem to be based on ticks from crops, if the crops are not actively growing, they will get q10'd

This. In all likelihood not a bug.
