Claim not working?

Built a claim 2 days ago. Today I found out that my claim doesn't really stop people from getting in, touching and taking my stuff. I don't have any permissions on for any groups. The presence is full. No idea what's going on.

I built another claim less than 8 hours ago. Is it a bug or are all your claims supposed to stop working for 8 hours once you build a new one?

if you built it two days ago, then someone has the skills to get in and steal your things.
Turn on Tracking and see if you can find a scent.

On day one someone had already gotten rage, im sure plenty of people have theft and tresspass.

No, the guy that got in is my neighbour, he doesn't have any criminal skills yet and he didn't leave any scents, my tracking is always on. He didn't steal anything, he came to trade and suddenly we found out that he could easily take my stuff without turning on criminal acts. My perc*exp is high enough to see his scents, there were none.
