when i use a horse with the cart it keeps saying cart blocked or when I'm on walking speed and above it drags behind eventually going out of shot ?

Yeah it is pretty bad, it won't always go over new terrain when being pulled by the horse for some reason and the cart becomes disconnected. I rarely even bother with the horse and cart now unless I have a long stretch of the same terrain that I'm collecting something from and going back and forth.
