Recipe seems to be lost

For some reason My char dont have a food trough and chicken coop recipes.
He knows a wood blocks, boards, animal husbandry. I can even build a hitching post.
Bug appeared while I played with pirus pasta client, but a common one do not show recipes either.
System: Win 7 SP1 x64/ JRE v 1.8u73 / intel HD Graphics 2500

Sounds very strange OP. It shows on a custom client but not on the default one? Can you build it when you do see it?

Sorry, my bad. Chicken coop really does require a straw, and food trough moved from containers thats why I was not able to find it for a long time.)

Resolved. Not a bug.
