I can't pick it up or drop it, I can right click and "turn" and "clean".

IT'S HUGE, LET ME GET RID OF IT

In your *inventory*? Pics or it did not happen. Try Ctrl+left-click to drop.

Yes, in my inventory. Ctrl+left-click worked! It's on the ground now and I can't pick it up again.

No clue. If if it's resolved I will chalk it up to cosmic chance. Unless anyone can reproduce this.
