I've noticed that my plowed tiles have been migrating, is this intentional?

Noticed the same on my farm. They'r using the same behavior of forest terrain, but faster than forest would reproduce itself!

Reported previously, but that thread got locked, so don't know if it got fixed and has shown back up or what
