Gmail not getting emails from Haven & Hearth

(i hope this belongs here)
Not getting emails when trying to sign up with or changing email to a gmail email.
I have tried to change my accounts email to a gmail one and my friends have tried signing up with a gmail email and neither of us have received emails even though we have waited over 24 hours.
This makes it much harder to play because I cant help my friends get into the game and I cant secure my account under my new email.
not sure what else to say sorry for any inconveniences I cause.

My gmail works nice. Check spam folder? Are you sure proper email was used?

Might be the case: Haven emails would get into my spam-box when I was using my old gmail acc.

This helped me, the new gmail spam folders are actually difficult to find.
