Can't Sleep in Bed if Outlawed

Built a bed so my character could sleep for the first time in months.
My heart sank as I saw the words:


Please sir, I don't want to log out, I just want to sleep \(;_;)/

Criminals deserve to sleep too!

Anyhoo,
Would it be possible to allow this to happen? If it isn't a bug I mean, maybe just keep the character logged in but in sleep animation or something?
