My main character which I have purchased rage on, when i enter valhalla with this character rage is not bought, and I can't attack people regardless of my CA toggle.

you cannot attack people in the safe zone

There's a safe zone between the Hearth and the Hall, loosely defined by pillars. You can't attack within it.
